PARC DES LOUPS DU GEVAUDAN
In 2025, the Wolf Park celebrates its 40th anniversary. Come observe and learn about the different attitudes and behaviors of our packs. Five wolf subspecies are currently present in the park (Mongolian, Siberian, Polish, Canadian, and Arctic). The park is explored on foot along a steep, natural path. Numerous viewing points have been set up along the way, offering breathtaking views of the packs (bay windows, promontories, etc.). A guided tour is included in the admission price.
For this anniversary year, the Wolf Park offers exceptional activities:

Motor disability
Only part of the route is wheelchair accessible. However, it is essential to be accompanied. Do not hesitate to ask for more information at reception when you arrive or to contact us before your visit (tel: 04.66.32.09.22).

From the A75, take exit 37, then follow "Parc Les Loups du Gévaudan" on the D809 for 5 km.
From Marvejols, follow the signs for Aumont-Aubrac for 9 km.
From Mende, follow the signs for Marvejols.
Access by train
Nearby train station: Marvejols TER train station
We recommend using a private hire vehicle or taxi to reach the park from the train station.
Access by bus
During the summer period, from Marvejols, you can reach the Parc des Loups using the LiO 260 bus line on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Extra information
Admission is free for children under 3. The child rate applies for children ages 3 to 11.
Good to know: Allow 3 hours to visit the park and take a guided tour. The ticket office closes 45 minutes before closing time.

During hot weather:
Wolves tend to nap in the shaded areas: choose the morning guided tour. During this time, the wolves are more active and therefore more visible. Wolves are shy animals, so it may not be possible to see them all during a visit.
RESERVE DES BISONS D'EUROPE
The European bison reserve invites you to meet this extraordinary prehistoric animal thanks to an immersive guided tour, during a horse-drawn carriage ride in the heart of the reserve. You will benefit from a privileged approach with the bison in their natural environment without barriers or fences. You can also discover the history of the bison from prehistory to the present day in the museum area.

A complete change of scenery without having to go on the other side of the planet! The European buffaloes reserve, in Lozère, offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience to live as a family or with friends. Meet this amazing prehistoric animal.The European buffalo is present in the wild only in Northern Europe, but it was reintroduced in Margeride. In the reserve, it lives in half liberty on over 200 hectares of land. In Sainte-Eulalie, the visitor can take the tour in a horse-led carriage or in a sledge in the winter.
The guided tour allows you to meet in a park the biggest mammal in Europe. a museum space tells you all about the history of the buffalo from prehistoric times up to nowadays.

As the visit to the reserve is done by horse-drawn carriage, it is essential to book online.

There is ample parking on site.
Access by bus
In July and August, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, you can reach the Bison Reserve from Langogne by taking the Lio tourist shuttle, line 256.
Extra information
The child rate applies from 3 to 11 years old inclusive.
For visits, dogs are not allowed due to a mood incompatibility with the bison.

Au cœur d’un vaste massif forestier de hêtres et d’épicéas, la station de pleine nature des Bouviers est un haut lieu de randonnées sous toutes ses formes.L’hiver, la station se transforme en domaine skiable et propose, à 1400m d'altitude, de 30 à 50 km de pistes de ski de fond entretenues. Sans gros dénivelé se répartit en ski de fond, 2 vertes, 1 bleue, 1 rouge et 1 noire, 1 piste de ski cross, 2 pistes raquettes, un espace enfants avec luge ou baby traîneau pour les 3 - 7 ans.
Pour les aventuriers sur 2 roues, la station des Bouviers vous fera bénéficier d'un cadre idéal pour de longues promenades en VTT et VTT électriques.
