Preparation and cooking of old-fashioned bread

Every Tuesday in July and August 2026 from 11am to 5pm Jean-Baptiste, a baker of formation, likes to work flours and come out of authentic and tasteful breads. With the flours of the Moulin à Vent de la Borie nearby, our old wood oven will enhance its work and bring out an exceptional bread. Depending on your time of arrival, you can help him knead the dough, heat the oven, bake or remove the bread. In any case, he will be happy to discuss his work and breads with you. Animation included in the usual price of the independent tour for which you can benefit from a 20% discount with the Pass'Lozère! You can come all day and alternate visit times with the major steps of bread making, or go out to taste the sheep cheeses at the Fromagerie le Fédou, eat an ice cream with sheep's milk at Glacier Armand and Marie, visit the Keeha Ceramics workshop or the charcuteries of the Farm of Pastour'elle on our hamlet of Hyelzas, and come back to buy your bread after cooking. The bread will be sold on site by Jean-Baptiste, no CB payment possible.
